Our Networks

DER KURIER stands for a strong, full-coverage courier and express network in Germany, with 250 independent stations. Thanks to its strong, regional partners, DER KURIER is always nearby.

Outside Germany, DER KURIER has numerous partners that are firmly established in their respective markets. As a result, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Benelux region, Great Britain, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary are all directly connected to the DER KURIER network. For all other countries we cooperate with our parent company GLS to get your consignments to their destinations fast.

The connection of all the locations and countries in the DER KURIER network – with head office in Neuenstein/Hesse – ensures that all consignments are delivered on time and in the same high quality– be it to Hamburg, Munich, Berlin, London, Paris, Prague, Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

Offices and partners communicate via the common, internet-based "Leo" software system. When a consignment enters the system, the shipping software immediately determines the best transport route, and whether it is sent directly to its destination, via a regional transshipment point, or via the hub in Neuenstein, all carriers are kept continuously informed.

Consigners and consignees can track their consignments using the Track & Trace system. It is fed by "Leo" and always provides up-to-date information on where a consignment is located or when delivery took place – in Germany almost in real-time.
